Fast forward to 2015 when I got released from prison and began working as a pizza delivery guy, shout out to PAPA JOHN 'S @ 313 H Street NW Washington DC 20002. I was working 50+ hours, but with great sacrifice, I was able to get my real estate license in DC & MD in 2016 while working full-time. Guess What!???! Everything flipped, I stopped delivering pizzas and went into real estate full time. Yahooooo!!!!!
Fast forward to 2017, I gave my real estate license up and focused on wholesaling houses full time. See the trend here!!!??!!!
